    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to students who want a challenging and rigorous course that will not only teach you about Calculus, but it will also prepare you for the AP Calculus Test.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were being able to have a teacher that I know, who is very kind, understanding, and a good teacher. So far I have learned the basics of Calculus like derivatives for example.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, you need to be prepared to spend a lot of time and effort to get a good grade. Not only should you review your notes, but you should also do extra practice problems in the book, as well as reading the chapters in the book.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Lannon was easily the best math teacher I have ever had. She teaches in a way so that the material is easy to understand, and her many stories make the class very entertaining throughout the year.

    Course highlights:

The course covers more than the necessary material, preparing students for college with information well into the depth of Calculus 2.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

This course is an amazing preparation for students, but it is not for people who do not do well in math and are not comfortable with it. If you could handle pre-calc honors, then you can handle this.
