    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it teaches how to better understand and analyze literature and how to properly write and edit essays. It develops a good foundation for writing skills that will be vital in college.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to analyze symbols in literature, how to properly structure and write an essay of any kind, and how to connect symbols and themes from historical events to literature.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to put time into all work that is assigned so that the coursework will be finished on time and correctly.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course if a student is prepared to work hard in his or her free time in order to possibly gain AP credit, but the disorganization of the class is difficult to deal with at times.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were the group discussions. I do not enjoy participating in class discussions but learned to speak up about my thoughts in this course.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Ask the teacher if any assignment is unclear, and tell the teacher if an assignment seems unreasonable.
