This class was tough.
Course Overview:
Although you may think that math is something you don't need, I believe that it is something everyone needs to learn . It helps you expand your knowledge and problem solving. It also challenges you to think and work hard.
Course highlights:
I have learned to have patience when solving a problem, and that sometimes a full piece of power isn't enough. The highlight of this course was definitely learning about Gaussian Elimination, and learning how to solve it without a calculator.
Hours per week:
0-2 hours
Advice for students:
To succeed in this class, you have to dedicate your time and make sure that you give it your 100% by studying and paying attention in class. You also need to ask questions and attend tutoring before or after school if your school offers it and you feel that you are struggling. Sometimes it's still good that you attend tutorials, even if you are confident about the subject you are learning. This would reassure you and make you feel more confident in the subject. Another thing I would advice is that you don't stress out too much, this would only bring you down and make you give up on your work.
Pretty easy, overall.
