Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course not only allows you to expand your knowledge on history, but it allows you to think differently. This course allows you to analyze different patterns of history and it allows you to really think.

    Course highlights:

This course starts off from the Early Man phase from around 30,000 BCE to current day. It goes in depth about all of the patterns throughout history and the changes throughout time in different time periods.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to read the ACORN syllabus of every time period because all of the information in there are on the tests. Do not procrastinate because the assignments can't be done overnight.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Taking WHAP was a truly game changing experience. As my first AP class, I created better studying habits, strengthened my commitment to academics, learned the best pace for myself, and most of all, I got to have a teacher that was impassioned to teach and ensure that each student would thrive.

    Course highlights:

I learned from every side of history and was able to see the motivations, cruelty, success and thought process behind every historic moment. It really opened my eyes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the textbook, study weeks (even months) before the AP exam, and NEVER forget about South Asia, Middle East or Latin American history! A lot of people in my class frequently dismissed these histories and the exam questions would often be on those.
