Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Biology AP is a great course for any student that wants the extra college credit. You don't need to be a science lover to understand what Mr. Matus teaches.

    Course highlights:

I learned much more than cells or parts of a plant. It was a great college learning experience that helped me gain college ready skills like great note taking and fun facts about anything like the evolution of the human body. I gained a college education in a high school classroom by putting focus to my studies which I believe Biology AP or any AP course can give you.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For any student to succeed they should always to go the extra mile. And you can do this by taking extra notes (like extra facts the teacher throws out), take really neat legible notes, do all the extra credit (do reviews or extra homework the teacher hands out), and most of all don't be afraid to ask questions. If you do all of these any AP course will be a peice of a cake for you.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I personally have always been fascinated with the study of life However, I would only recommend this course to someone determined, dedicated and has inevitable desire to succeed.

    Course highlights:

In AP biology we mostly focus on the origin of life. We learn about how and why living creatures behave a certain way by experimenting in labs and observing different cells and cell types.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course students must not hesitate to ask for assistance whether it be from the instructor or another student. Make sure to always stay on task and to not be negatively influenced by other students no matter the occasion.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because it was fun to learn. However there are parts that may get confusing and you either get them, or you don't.

    Course highlights:

The best part of A&P was learning about the nervous system and all the muscles. We had hands-on labs of dissection, including cats and sheep brains!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You should actually put in the time and study for this course.
