Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Very good if you are willing to participate and do the work. Definitely participate. Readings aren't mandatory, but they are enlightening and super helpful when it comes time for class discussions or writing your papers.

    Course highlights:

The intersection of agriculture, ethics, economics, social policy, and how they became entwined with one another. I also learned about the candidates stances on different issues during this election cycle, and looked at them from an ethical orientation.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the readings and participate. Put a lot of effort into your original papers; you will have an opportunity to re-write, but it is late in the semester.
