    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This plant portion is the first third of the course and it was pretty straight forward. The second thrid is animal physiology which is definitely harder.

    Course highlights:

Basic animal kingdom development and relationships. Early plant life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters before class especially in the animalphysiology section because TopHat questions are about that information.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's kind of boring. The material's stale, but if you're pre-med it's required.

    Course highlights:

The labs were okay, albeit boring and tedious. I liked learning about various cellular items. Good for MCAT prep.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Use mnemonics. Read the book as much as you can. Look over practice questions.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was very in-depth and required plenty of attention and time. However, the content is fairly simple if you pay attention. The exams require a good amount of studying. You must pay attention in class to get the best results.

    Course highlights:

Learning biology is great, especially the anatomy/physiology section. It was the hardest section but it allowed me to create a stepping stone into what I will be learning in the future.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to class!! Take notes on the lectures! Start studying early, especially during the Anatomy/physiology section, it IS tough and a lot of content, do not save it till the end.
