    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course itself in an amazzzing blend of nutrition, health, biology, and chemistry. Topics are presented in a way that it easy to understand and all exams come directly from the provided readings.

    Course highlights:

We are always told what is healthy and what isn't, but never why. This course really helped me understand the "whys" of all the questions I had.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

As long as you do your readings and watch the lectures, you're all set.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend this course! Make sure to do all of the work and pay attention to the readings!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is easy to handle as long as you work at a steady pace. The ideas involved aren't that hard to grasp.

    Course highlights:

The quizzes were 3 questions, pretty simple and only worth 3 points each. The assignments we had to do were evenly distributed along the semester, some took half an hour to complete and others a few hours. She gives us study guides and nothing unexpected shows up on the exam. The bulk of the grade comes from the exams and some heavy-duty assignments, so make sure to put your all into it!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't start reading the module on the day of the quiz; it's too stressful. Some of them are over 20 pages long, so it's best to space out your reading. It's not a hard class to pass, so I strongly recommend taking it if you're interested.
