    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I believe that the professor one gets is a huge factor when it comes to loving a course. I am sure i'm not alone when I say that professor Emerson is probably one of the best professors at the University of Florida!

    Course highlights:

I learned so much about the opportunities that knowledge has to offer. This course is centered on business law, so the knowledge learned is indespensable to a person like me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Perhaps the best advice I can give prospective students is to stay on top of the reading. This will enable one to grasp a deeper foundation of the material learned.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is interesting to see how the legal system works, especially in the business world. It is important to understand the basics of the legal system and legal thinking if wanting to go into the business world.

    Course highlights:

I learned the different theories and approaches to law. It was interesting to see what lawyers use in the court room and how they approach their cases based on their way of thinking. I also learned about cases that were important to legal system corresponding with the world of business. I learned legal terms also that would be common to see in contracts post -grad.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book before buying any smoking notes. Majority of the test questions are modeled after situations presented in the book. Then create a vocabulary bank and make it alphabetical and put what page number in the book you can find it, as there will be open note exams.
