Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a great introductory course to many different animal sectors in the agriculture industry and gives a great overview of each. There are also hands on labs every week where you gain valuable animal handling experiences.

    Course highlights:

I gained a larger appreciation of how the meat industry and animal agriculture industry works overall along with the history of each segment. Overall it was very beneficial and helped me to narrow what I wanted to do after graduation.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to every class and pay attention to what the lecturer says even if it is not included on the slide. There are sometimes seemingly obscure questions on the exam but they were mentioned in class.
