Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This is a pre-requisite for any nursing major I would definately recommend you take it with professor Von Castel. Her bi-weekly discussion sessions are very helpful since you are in smaller groups and have access to the TAs

    Course highlights:

This class goes over the fundamentals of nutrition. In this class you learn metabolism, the vitamins, and other cool things about nutrition like vegetarian diets and diseases due to foods we eat.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take this course definately take good notes on review day. Her reviews are basically the test so just study your notes thoroughly.
