Pretty easy, overall.
This course was great it gave me time to examine the things in my life that caused me stress. I could not avoid the triggers but showed how to cope
I learned the different ways to cope for example through journaling, meditating and yoga. This class also had a requirement to volunteer and journal the experience. Guest speakers would come as well.

This class was not stressful and different from other classes. You will learn about yourself and have intrapersonal growth. It was one of the few classes I felt I actually got my moneys worth from and apply tactics still to this day.
