    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend Mrs. Sechrist's psychology course. I learned a lot about how humans' brains and feelings work, and it was very interesting. It can useful in many people's personal lives because a lot of people have some type of disorder discussed throughout the course. It is very helpful to learn the specifics of the condition you have to know how to keep yourself healthy and strong.

    Course highlights:

The highlights for me were having Mrs. Sechrist as a teacher and learning about the specific disorders/conditions and I have and can relate to. I learned a lot about sleep, anxiety, mood, and depression disorders. I also learned about different types of depressants and other medications taken when one has these disorders.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely take it! Even if you personally are not dealing with anything discussed in the course, you may know someone who is, and if you take this course, you will be able to help them in a more accurate way than you would if you didn't know anything about their condition.
