    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I love the fact our teacher gives us the work we need and we get nightly reminds on our phones on what we have to do.

    Course highlights:

I learned Virginia in colonial America is a very bad place to live in. Their life expectancy was up to 30 years old. It was like Ancient Roman and Greek times.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Take plenty of notes and read your book. Highlight main ideas and get the work assigned done.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it gives you a challenging experience like college would. The teacher will help you on how to take notes through lecture and notes.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the United States history. You get to learn the real actions of the presidents and how the United States is formed into what it is today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you listen to the teacher because she would not tell you anything that is not useful. You need to learn how to manage your time and how to accept that you need to keep up with your assignments and due dates.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course because it's focused on learning the basics and the foundation of our country - something I think everybody should know. The country we live in is important and everyone needs to know its story.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely our group work. We learned to effectively work with members of a group/team and we learned not only the basics of the USA, but also a lot of the details you don't learn. We also started from the very beginning, which was helpful.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your notes on time and do all of the annotations! Don't be afraid to ask questions and definitely work with your classmates! It helps a lot.
