    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course to athletes to stay physical. They have open gym for athletes all year.

    Course highlights:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be not to give up. It may seem that on a Saturday mornIng or spring break, the last thing you may want to do is go to school but the weighs and training regime really keeps you out of trouble, physically inclined & for colleges.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course provides basic information to get to know your body better and to help keep it running. My TA was great, but the teacher is not at all difficult, just make sure you get your stuff done. The class is not accumulative, and there is a lot of valuable information. The professor is not harsh and wants to help, so that is a bonus.

    Course highlights:

I learned things about my body that i never knew before. I learned how to properly maintain my health as well as what health risks i have and how to avoid them.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Get your work turned in on time and study 2 days before the test. Read the chpters
