Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because it gives you an idea of what it was like back then in that point of time. You can also learn new information that you have not already.Taking American History is required 4 years to graduate from high school so it gives you an ideas of what to expect. If you study and maintain good grades you will be set for college and you will get scholarships and or grants if you put in the work.

    Course highlights:

I learned about The Civil War and Immigration.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make Flashcards and always stay after school and ask for extra help because it goes a long way. Also ask for extra credit if you can to boost up your grades and just put in a lot of hard work ass well as effort and perserver through any obstacles coming your way and will do amazing

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The challenging environment is ideal for students who not only want to learn, but who want to think in ways they never have before, who want to take information from every source and understand it more completely, and who want to be responsible for everything.

    Course highlights:

The DBQs and FQs were very thorough and helpful, and helped prepare you for the AP exam. I learned a lot about interpreting information and using the perspectives to further my own statements.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Of course, just like with any AP or other demanding courses, take notes, ask questions whenever you don't understand anything, and put the extra time into learning more. In a history class, everything is interrelated; across time periods and cultures, people and events are connected, so you can not but hurt by knowing "extra" information. But if you do anything at all, read the textbook.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Though it is a difficult course for someone who is a more science and math minded person, the teacher that I had made the course fun and interesting. I'm excited to have the second half of the course in the fall.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were learning about the certain extreme parts of history because it's interesting to see how driven some people are about how they feel. Also, again, the teacher was great and he helped me get through the course with minimal excess stress.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the material and read the chapter for chapter tests. Read over your notes every night and talk to your teacher if you're having issues. They're usually more caring than you think.
