Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course I'm currently in is an advanced placement course, and although it is intensive, the notes I take, and study, help me get through the course and retain the information as well as prepare me for the AP Exam. Ms. Gardea is also a phenomenal teacher- she is concise, and clear about the information she teaches.

    Course highlights:

I've learned a lot of things in AP Biology, including more about bio-molecules than I ever thought I would learn, listening to a rap song about the taxonomic levels, and learning that cancer is uncontrolled cell growth (which I did not know).

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When I ranked this class not being too easy and not being too difficult, it is because you have to be on top of your work. You can't procrastinate with any work or studying, and you have to be willing to work for your grade (like you should for all your classes).

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

You learn so many cool things that youd really find useful even if you dont want to do anything focused on biology.

    Course highlights:

There are so many small things that make it possible for you to live. its so cool to see how you thrive and live to the very detail. From plants to how you get energy its amazing to see how amazing biology really is.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

make sure to take notes and be organized so you can go back to them easily. Go take as many opportunities as you can that focus on the extra credit and get a good grade and learn.
