Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It is a great course to learn everything about the body and how to stay healthy. I also learned how to stay mentally healthy and what behaviors to avoid to stay in the right set of mind. I believe everyone even one who are not interested in the medical field to take this course.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the physical fitness, and mental health chapters. The physical fitness chapter had great information that help me understand what the body needs to survive and made me go outside more since the homework told us to track the activities I did outside. The mental health chapter was a highlight because the homework was to watch a movie called “Sundays with Mori” I had never seen it before and it gave me a new outlook on what life is and how to live it.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

What you need to succeed in this class good study habits, and a positive attitude. I took mine online so it was essential for me to check in at least 3 times a week to see what was due. In this class it is much better to read before the homework in due so that it is much easier to understand what is being asked of you. By doing that and going into each chapter with a positive attitude no matter how boring it may seem anyone can get an A.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it has class discussions about major health topics from a very personal level to a broad level of state, country and world statistics.

    Course highlights:

Highlights of this course for me were the interactive project like going to a farmers market and learning about healthy alternatives. I learned a lot about healthy foods, prevention of diseases and fitness.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and just do all of the work given.
