    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Many believe that English is hard or useless, but English IV is actually a very interesting course. We've been discussing Anglo-Saxon poetry and it gave me a deeper appreciation for poetry.

    Course highlights:

I've learned both Anglo-Saxon history and how to analyze old English poetry. We analyzed poems that were also riddles, and it wound up being one of the most exciting and entertaining things I have ever done in an English class.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep on open mind when beginning the class. Pessimism will only make you dread the class. If you open your mind and put yourself into the lives of the characters, you may end up enjoying and prospering in the class.
