Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Chan is a highly qualified teacher and his teaching methods are phenomenal. His course is focused on teaching you new skills or refining previous skills through various projects about environmental science where we have to create projects, books, excel documents, and websites. His teaching methods involve students and sometimes to me it doesn't feel like I'm actually learning, but in reality I'm learning way much more than in any other class.

    Course highlights:

The best parts of this class is the weekly readings they may seem tedious at first, but throughout the weeks you realize how worth of doing the weekly readings. They contain a lot of information and open your eyes to what's happening in the world, because Mr. Chan picks the weekly readings based on the nature of the times, so everything you read can be applied into your daily lives.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

When doing projects and research make sure you pay attention, because the things you are making and reading about is actually happening throughout the world. Try to get as much information you can, because it will open your eyes and become more aware to what is happening in the world.

I love it! Everything in the course is interesting and it definitely gives you a new light about taking care of the environment

    Course highlights:

I learned not only a few tricks to help the environment but also lessons to prepare me for the life in college.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

The teacher not only teaches you his course, but also gives you good life lessons. Hearing experiences from his past just helps because he tells you lessons when he was a high schooler.
