    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Strickler is the best at explaining things and will even take a few days to explain the items if students don't understand. She is a high school teacher as well as a Valencia professor, so she is able to explain things to the fullest and in detail. She doesn't mind going back a few steps either to explain.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot during this semester. I was always bad at factoring and she taught an easy way that always gave you the right answer. I don't know why every teacher throughout my school years never taught this! She gives you tips and tricks throughout the semester and if she says it a lot, expect it on the test.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Professor Strickler gives you notes and all you have to do is pay attention in class to get them. If you need to, ASK QUESTIONS!!! Don't be afraid of asking for depth if it is something you don't understand. She is the best Algebra professor out there!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Come to class and do your work, you'll pass. Mathlab is required. As long as you put in the required hours every week and submit the homework, expect to pass. For the tests, study!!! Don't think that because you're good at math, you'll breeze by.

    Course highlights:

All coursework, quiz and test dates were clearly laid out in the syllabus. Prof Cisneros' teaching style was very laid-back and funny! He didn't just stand or sit there lecturing on and on. He kept us engaged and will answer all of your questions.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes and complete the required Mathlab hours every week.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend because Professor Geil was very thorough and really made sure that we understood the material.

    Course highlights:

I learned all of the basics of algebra again and it really cleared up some gray areas I had

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study your notes and do your homework. If you do then you will get an A.
