Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Professor Goodman is AMAZING! She has the funniest stories about all her career, she is extremely experienced and is super helpful. Her classes are entertaining and dynamic, she comes up with great activities for us to change the dynamic of the classroom and make sure everyone is paying attention and learning. She also brings many guest speakers which are experienced about whichever topic we are discussing each week.

    Course highlights:

Because this is an intro class there are a lot of subjects to cover. Something I found amazing about Professor Goodman is that she knows so many people that whenever she could bring an expert she would. Like: when we were discussing restaurant management and food and beverage operations; she brought a Food and Beverage manager from Marriott and a a chef. She also had a friend of hers that had been into many franchises to talk about the pros and cons. She makes classes interesting and they are never the same.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Homework, projects, and tests are long with Professor Goodman, be prepared. They are not hard, they are just tedious and long.
