Not too easy. Not too difficult.
Can be overwhelming with the wordy emails, I always felt that I was going to miss something because there were instructions coming from every angle. Just do the work, follow directions, and an A is possible.
I learned a lot about the human body and its needs for nutrition. It helped me realized that dieting was not healthy and the best way to better weight control is to not deprive your body of nutrients and don't go overboard on the things that are not healthy.

Read the chapters and try to stay ahead. A lot of reading. I took the shorter course so everything was compacted. Do-able if you are willing to put in the time.
