    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend taking this AP course because I gained experience on time management and developing study skills.

    Course highlights:

    I learned the basics of how the government functions and how that affects us as the American people.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    The course has reasonable expectations, although it requires a good amount of work outside of class. Always do the vocabulary.

    Course Overview:

    It is a great course that teaches a lot of useful and good information. The teacher is very understanding and is willing to work with you in order to get you where you want to be.

    Course highlights:

    I gained a lot of knowledge of the Texas government, it helped me get a better understanding of the different jobs congress and other areas have to do.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Always read the chapters that are assigned as well as take notes. The notes help a lot when it comes to the tests and quizzes.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I recommend this particular class and teacher because it was not only book work but also hands on experience. We took a field trip to a local prison and court house to see first hand how our judicial system works.

    Course highlights:

    We were able to watch films that deal with real life situations, like drunk driving and different types of scenarios.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Read, read, and then do some more reading! This course also involved group work and discussions.
