Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is based around personal health which not only furthers your education in the degree but gives you real insight into how you can improve your everyday life with what you eat or do to stay healthy. With all the chemicals, preservatives and hormones that come in food these days it would be nice to make yourself a diet that gives wholesome ways to better your well being.

    Course highlights:

The cardiovascular, weight management, alcohol, and psychoactive drugs were some of the topics that I learned so much about. They are some of the highest problems in America that we face in a society. If you control those then ultimately you can live a healthy virtuous life. The key idea is moderation in everything you do. Even smaller portions of bad food stuffs makes a better on impact to your body, but ultimately trying to limit your exposure to bad food stuffs and replacing with good food stuffs.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep an open mind on the information, don't assume you know it all. It may seem easy but it gets pretty in depth. You will only get out what you put into it so learning as much as you can in a comfortable environment instead of learning for the exams will help you retain so much for use later in life or even in a health care field of study.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The course is an awesome course. Many students relied on the text book and other studied his notes. I personally studied his notes and quilt. I found that most of his tests was generated through quizlet. I would say yes you need the book unless you rely on the text book for studying otherwise there is no need to purchase the book.

    Course highlights:

The major highlights of this course was that Dr. lee is a very smart professor and he may be fast within his lectures but he makes you understand the material. At the end of the class he makes you feel like mini exercise scientist. Otherwise he is awesome to teach this class

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would listen carefully to what he says. Take good notes and also pay attention to the study guides he presents as group quizzes before the exam. Also don't be afraid to do some extra research because it can help a lot with taking the exams

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a great class to take with Dr. Lee! He is a sweet guy and very friendly! I enjoy taking this class with him. You will learn a lot from this subject by taking it with this guy. I highly recommend.

    Course highlights:

As said before, you will learn a lot from this subject by taking it with Professor Dr. Lee. One particular thing I learned about was VO2 max and how to calculate this number from person to person.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise any students that are considering this course to take the time out and study for each test. Dr. Lee doesn't provide study guides, so reading the chapters and powerpoints that he posts will help you a lot. You may also want to consider going to his office hours so that he can further explain anything that you may not be understanding.
