    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I recommend it if you need it for your major which I did but specifically with this teacher, she is amazing. I recommend it cause it is a class that you engage with real world problems involving statistics.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed the real world problems in this course given by the professor. I learned how to calculate my grade very quickly on a test.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and just really listen to during the lecture and take very good notes cause that's going to help you as well as do your homework cause those are problems that will make you better at solving the mathematical problems.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was fantastic and provided a clear, concise understanding of Statistics. The course as a whole provided me with a fantastic view into the basic elements behind the subject, much of which is applicable in every day life. Despite the fact that the course is Math-heavy, most, if not all of it is completely based on easy to understand equations. Combine this with an easy workload, and it made for a wonderful, engaging class experience.

    Course highlights:

Much of the course was based around the equations, formatting, and explanations behind statistical models and hypothesis testing. Personally, I really enjoyed the Hypothesis testing element as it gave a real world insight into the formatting, truth, and often-times manipulation behind real world "statistics" in the media. It also greatly helped to keep my math skills fresh.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely keep up with the assigned homework, and always make sure to complete the provided reviews before each exam or test. Much, if not all of the material is provided for your to review. Also, attend as many study sessions as possible. Despite how well I might do, there's always some tiny material or info that you may realize you didn't understand, but thankfully, it's brought to light and solved in the study session.
