    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I'd recommend this course to anyone interested in a healthcare profession due to it's challenging content and tedious studying requirements to prepare for higher level courses. I took this course prior to nursing classes and it's helped me tremendously.

    Course highlights:

I learned of the disease processes and abnormal anatomy in the human body. I found this course very interesting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You definitely need time to study. I took this course online, so reading the textbook was detrimental for success. I also spent time making lots of flash cards due to heavy memorization requirements of this course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course for anyone thinking about going into a medical profession or anyone who just wants to learn more about disease processes and how they affect the human body. This course covers disease processes of all the systems and the lectures and textbook make it very interesting and simple!

    Course highlights:

I learned a tremendous amount about the way the body works especially during states of illness. This course also taught me a lot about how all the systems of the body work together and each system can have an either positive or negative effect depending on the health of that system. In the end the body is a complex amazing system!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Definitely listen to the lectures! The textbook was also helpful to give a more in depth explaination of each concept but stI'll keep it simple enough to comprehend.
