    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The way the teacher designed the course and the teacher himself made it an enjoyable experience for what is supposed to be an entry level class. The teacher instead of picking different books through all types of genres through history chose to stay to one specific time period, and one specific genre. The whole entire class all we read was sci-fi books throughout the Victorian period. This was nice because it made you realize that although each book was very different you saw how the certain time periods effected those books. We then watched movies on the books that were at a later time period and saw how those time periods made the movies different. He made the class fun, and very informative

    Course highlights:

What I learned the most is how much the time period in which a book or movie is written really influences the literature. I also learned about writing more detailed papers.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not do the papers the night before, and use resources such as a writing lab to help you. This professor can tell if you have written the paper within the last day vs. over a time period. Also, do not plagiarize, we had someone in the first week get kicked out of our class for it.
