    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I am an engineering major and I tend to enjoy math. When I started college I wasn't very excited to retake a course that I had to take in high school, however when I took this course it helped me better understand concepts that were delivered in this pre-calculus class. The teacher was great, the material was not too difficult, and I gained a lot of extra knowledge that I would have lost had I skipped this class.

    Course highlights:

We learned trig concepts that we would take into the trigonometry course offered the next semester. We also learned a lot of fundamental calculus topics that would better prepare students for the next couple of semesters of math classes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Stay on top of the homework and study for the exams. Even if the material might seem easy, remember that it's better to really know the material than to just memorize it for one test. By doing that, you are better prepared for comprehensive exams and you will bring that knowledge into the following classes. There's a reason classes require prerequisites!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed this class I thought the teacher was clear and explained the assignments well . I also like that most days we have a review time where we can go over questions that we didn't understand either from the homework or the test.

    Course highlights:

I liked how much time is given for completion of homework.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would do all the assignments, as many questions on the homework are on the test.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This is a good course to prepare you for any business or financial career.

    Course highlights:

I love all of the cost functions and time value of money stuff. This course takes a lot of self discipline.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't fall behind on the coursework. It builds on itself a lot.
