I would recommend this course because you will learn a lot insightful information about nutrition. You not only are able gain more knowledge of this subject but you are able to create a nutritional eating plan for yourself. You will also be able to assist others who are trying to turn their lives around by eating healthy. The information is not hard to understand. Overall its a course worth the time and money spent.
I gained how to track my eating habits. In this course we used the Supertracker site, which allow individuals to track what they eat daily. I did not realize how poor my eating habits were until I analyzed my nutrients Reports for assignments I had to turn in. The health articles that we are given to read and analyze are helpful as well. I also learned how to cite my papers in APA format.

I would say to anyone who is considering taking this course, to take it with an open mind. It is beneficial to those who want to learn more about nutrition. I'm taking this class an elective and it is easy so far. I relieved 100's on all my assignments. The professor is awesome! He makes himself available, and tries to responds to emails as quickly as possible. the material is worth learning so I strongly recommend others to take this course, especially those in the health field.
