    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because this was one class that was given the opportunity to be an online academy class and just a few students were chosen to be apart of this. It had its challenges but overall, it makes me feel a little bit more prepared for college classes and their workload.

    Course highlights:

The main highlight that I will take with me to further classes would be the knowledge that I learned about different time period authors from the novels that we read. We started reading the journey of Beowulf and then we jumped to the Canterbury Tales. Both pieces made me think more about context due to their complex writing since they were both older pieces of literature.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you ever have the chance to take this course, make sure that you think deeply about the many meanings about the writing, but most importantly do the reading. Something as simple as reading the chapters every night goes a long way when you have to do the weekly assignments.
