Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The class is wonderful. People often get frightened by AP courses, but AP English is fun. We are always busy, but once you move through the class, you learn many new things.

    Course highlights:

I've gained a great background of knowledge in this course. I've become a much better writer since I enrolled in the class and I've learned a bunch of material that I can easily recall. We read a new novel about every month or so, which keeps us in the mood to read and we frequently write essays which helps us improve on our writing skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

When you read the material in class, you need to be able to understand and interpret what you've read. If you mindlessly read a text, chances are you are going to struggle with that particular assignment. Try to stay focused and you should experience minimal problems with the class.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it was very challenging and was a nice change of pace.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Read, read, and read. focus on the main points within a story, and when writing a paper develop your own ideas.
