    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would highly recommend this course to students. I am slightly biased because I love biology. Although, I would warn students not to take this course unless they are prepared for the amount of studying and preparing this class requires.

    Course highlights:

In this course, students learn about many biological topics including genetics, bioinformatics, ecology, mitosis, meiosis, photosynthesis, cellular respiration, etc.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would encourage students to take this course seriously. Students must commit time each week to reading ahead and reviewing notes. For tests, I would recommend that students print out important diagrams and be familiar with drawing and explaining them.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course provides an understanding in more than just biology. It teaches you how to properly organize information, proper studying techniques, and how to more deeply inquire into issues you may not understand. The course really prepares students for college.

    Course highlights:

This course focused on genetics, evolution, organic systems, and the interaction between organisms.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

You should study for at least 2 hours a day. Spend hour reviewing what you went over that day. The spend your second hour reviewing what you will learn the next day.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would like to recommend this course because it is honestly one of the best courses I have ever taken. You get to learn about the human body; bones, muscles, joints and everything about it.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about the human body. Now I can confidently say that I can name everyone in the body in their anatomical name.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study a lot and don't wait until the last minute to study. You will learn a lot and most importantly have fun and enjoy.
