Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because not only is it interesting, but it is one of the most helpful classes in the school. Schmidt makes it super interesting with her lectures and stories and makes it so that you want to pay attention while she talks about real life trends in cities, countries, and around the world. I think the fact that it is actually beneficial towards understanding things is what makes it so appealing and it is a major factor in why I would recommend you pay attention in this class and not just slack off.

    Course highlights:

My favorite things about this class were undoubtedly Schmidt's lectures. I think she is very good at making everything she teaches interesting. I learned a lot about the organization of people and cities and I think if you would like to go into almost any field, that is an important thing to know.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just listen to Schmidt, take notes of her lectures and then go back over them. I honestly just skimmed the textbook and then took notes of her lectures and I got a 5 on the AP. She teaches good information that makes you want to know more about the subject and I think letting yourself be drawn into the course is the best way to get through it.

    Advice for students:

You are going to have to read a lot. Especially if you are taking the AP because of the examples you need on the essays.
