    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    This course is perfect for students who wish to test their limits. The work is more difficult than usual and student interaction played a huge role in this course in order to receive a greater understanding.

    Course highlights:

    Although there was a lot of reading assignments in this course, we all did it together as one class. In this course you will, not only, learn how to precisely write an essay and analyze a book/poem but you will learn how to read between the lines and find the deeper meaning within certain topics.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Future English Literature student, in order to actually get the full experience in learning this course you must be willing to open your mind to all possibilities.

    Course Overview:

    The teacher in this course makes the lesson interesting and relatable while still keeping a rigorous curriculum as the primary goal.

    Course highlights:

    In this course I learned basic analytical skills and was shown the proper way to write and examine an essay or piece of work.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    To succeed, all you must do is keep up with your work and study hard.

    I would recommend it since it is a challenging class that really pushes and prepares for the students to prepare for college level English classes.

    Course highlights:

    I liked the emphasis placed on reading and literature throughout the course.

    Study the vocabulary assigned, and read the books assigned to you.
