Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this corse, because it is challenging but fun. You do so many things that you wouldn't expect that you would do. You learn more than just things about water you learn about all the animals and how they function. It is an amazing experience, if I could I would go back to high school just two do it all over again.

    Course highlights:

I gained so much knowledge about the world around us. I didn't just learn things about water and water molecules I learned what lives inside the water. If I didn't take this course I wouldn't no so many things can survive in the waters so deep to where no one in the world has ever been places where the light never touches.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

All you need to pass this course is a good set of ears and you will pass with flying colors. You will also need quite a bit of notebook paper you do take a good amount of notes but they are not hard at all and if you miss some notes during some presentations they are always on the teachers website.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP Biology gave me a great intro to the course and helped me prepare myself for college especially since it will be my major in premed.

    Course highlights:

Being able to do the experiments and watching videos that visually explained what I was learning enticed me to learn more and search information beyond to what I was learning in class because it is a very interesting subject.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Reading as often as you can and paying attention in class played a vital role when taking this course. Also going above and beyond when studying really helps you with testing since most of the answers are more situational and analytical.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class helped me understand the rigor of a biology degree as well as fed my growing interest in the field of biology. I knew I as interested in the science field of study, but I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted to study, and this class aided me in finding my passion for biology.

    Course highlights:

I not only learned a lot pertaining to the course, but I also acquired good study habits and new ways to study and succeed. The teacher always related the material in a way in which we understood and the relation and happenings in our own bodies.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book and take notes before the lecture, then while the teacher is lecturing write down anything she adds to your notes and star anything that she deems important. Also, flash cards will be your new best friend.
