Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it taught me how to figuratively analyze the world in which I live in.

    Course highlights:

This course strengthened my knowledge of figurative devices and challenged me to identify them in any given text or picture.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

To be successful in this course, you must read and analyze the novels assigned. Spark notes and skimming through the book is not a good idea if you want to master the course.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The course was very rigorous and structured, and we were given lots of AP multiple choice practice almost every day. I feel like it prepares us well for not only the test, but in writing essays and for college.

    Course highlights:

We read and analyzed many novels and plays of literary merit and discussed the prevalant themes, as well as learned writing and skills to analyze literature quickly.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Studying intensely is not required, but some dedicated time to slowly read the assigned reading will help you do much better on quizzes ans tests.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

It's a fun class and you get to learn a lot about the world and read a bunch of stories and write essays to better your writing for in the future.

I learned about famous philosophers and scientists and journalists who created a lot of the things we use today and how the world came bout and what English is.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always stay on task and study for at least 45 min every night and definitely don't fall asleep in class.
