    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a much higher level of math than most people will probably experience and teaches you to improve your work ethic in order to succeed.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was taking the AP test for the class. There were hours of studying that went into preparing for the test (Along with stress and anxiety). I learned from this course that hard work will reward those who commit to it.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

I would say that the best thing to do is to review at the end of every week and month because the information is cummulative and will be a lot to take in if you wait till the last minute to study.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It is a spectacular course that will prepare you for what you will experience in college. You can be confident that what you experience there will be similar to what you would experience in any calculus I college setting.

    Course highlights:

Homework is so essential. It is not a matter of whether it is busy work or not; although with Mr. Dang all his work is very relative to the lesson. The given homework is an opportunity to apply that same day on several different problems that same method that was taught and hopefully a couple that will ask you to apply what you learned the day before. Any practice is good practice if we do it with a positive attitude.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure your preparation for the tests and quizzes are always a top priority and that the homework is always done. This does not mean that you will by obligation have to dedicate 9-11 hrs a week to be able to maintain your gpa. However, it does signify that if you want to understand and excel you will have to show it through a couple hours of studying and hard work.
