    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

AP Literature and Compostition strengthened both my love for literature, and my ability to deeply analyze it. I enjoyed the assigned novels, and my mental reservoir of literary works expanded significantly.

    Course highlights:

Book assignments and poetry analyzation were some of the major elements of this course. We were given intriguing novels to read and respond to through discussion, written response, and exams. Poetry ranged from sonnets to modern text.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this course is to develop an admiration for works of literary merit, and all literary works in general. There is always a purpose and greater meaning to a text, if one is willing to search for it. It is quite astonishing how writers employ countless devices to embed meaning, whether hidden or blatant.
