    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course as it allowed me to understand the world a bit better. My teacher, though strict, was very passionate which made learning much simpler. Not only that, but it also prepared me for AP US History.

    Course highlights:

From taking this course, I was able to be knowledgeable about the world. This was the beginning of me diving into politics which would soon be a benefit because of the election of 2016. I learned about the beginnings of history and the characteristics of the first people's that walked the Earth. The most fascinating was learning about Asian culture, from the Silk Road to the Vietnam War, I came to understand how and why the countries exist as of present time.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Read! It's going to be really hard if you don't and I know some people that were really great with history but they didn't read and ended up getting low scores on the AP exam. Stay relaxed, if you do need help, I recommend watching Crash Course World History on Youtube. I know that it helped me greatly, he does talk fast though but the information is there!
