    Course Overview:

    AP Computer Science teaches the basics of logical programming and is a great introductory class for those in the aspiring major.

    Course highlights:

    AP Computer Science teaches the basics of Java programming, as well as knowledge of GUI application.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Practice writing code by hand in order to prepare for the AP Exam. Time outside of class should always be spent studying abstruse material and working to get ahead of the lesson in order to develop basic understanding of what you're being taught prior to the lesson.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    The teacher is very good and makes understanding the concepts very simple and easy.

    Course highlights:

    Through this course, you will learn the basics of coding and be able to manipulate user input within a program through loops and String manipulation, as well as receive an introduction to graphics in Java.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Study a little bit every day and the course will not be overwhelming.
