    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because it teaches you how to analyze literary works and apply their messages to our daily lives. It also helps develop critical writing and argumentation skills which are necessary for any career.

    Course highlights:

    I learned how to go beyond the surface with my analytical skills and develop a strong cohesive essay that gets my point across. I especially enjoyed reading the articles provided to us in class and the discussions that followed.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Focus more on the multiple choice aspect of the class and practice answering such questions.

    The course is an amazing chance to expand literary reportoire into a wide range of genres.

    Course highlights:

    Learning how to properly analyze literature allows students to predict outcomes and have a deeper understanding of any piece they read, inside or outside the class.

    6-8 hours

    Practice writing as much as possible in a conversational style.

    Course Overview:

    The class opens students literary reportoire into a range of genres more expansive than most will have dealt with.

    Course highlights:

    Getting to learn how to properly analyze literature; basically a guide to predicting patterns of events and understanding the text more fully.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Practice writing as much as you can, and write in a conversational style. Writing is the main kicker for students in this class.
