Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    Course highlights:

There were so many great moments in this course. From learning amazing new things about our country to engaging in class discussions on controversial historical topics.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

For a student to succeed in this course I believe over all they should be interested in U.S History. Also study groups are very helpful to prospering in this class. Lastly students should take notes in their own words to understand concepts in their own way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

AP Chemistry is a tough course, however Mr. Collins makes it understandable for students who are overwhelmed by such lessons. At times he pulled out funny stories which helped ease the fears of the lessons, so we absorbed all of the chemistry jargon without a hitch.

    Course highlights:

I learned that you need to push through, no matter how difficult the course may seem. AP Chemistry taught me that college will not be a walk in the park, but I have to push through because once we get through it tougher courses will be treated with perseverance.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make flash cards, have fun with this course but don't get off topic and disregard any tips the teacher has given you. Read the textbook, and use khan academy. It may seem tiresome, but it will help you learn the material in its entirety, and do the homework. *The homeworks he assigns actually help you learn.
