    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Mrs. Ramirez was always helpful towards her students. She would explain the lesson and try to not overwhelm us with work.

    Course highlights:

The lesson that I liked the most was the Salem Witch Trials when we read the Crucible.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Do your work on time. Don't slack off.

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I would not recommend this course because the teacher didn't really teach us anything throughout the year. We only did 4 essays and about two weeks of instructional time all year long.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to do an essay in MLA format, I learned how to cite information, I learned how to do an abstract, and I learned how to write a bibliography.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not upset the teacher or else she will give you work as a punishment. As long as you turn work in on time you will pass the class.

    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

It is a very easy class to pass. Not much work is done throughout the year and not much teaching is done, so this teacher is not recommended if you actually want to learn.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to write an essay in MLA format that year. I also learned how to write a ten page essay and do an abstract.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not upset the teacher or she will give you lots of work. If you are considering taking AP English, do not take this teacher.
