    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course really prepared me for the AP exam, and it helped me solidify my college major. Mr. Garrett is very interactive, and he will explain anything and everything to you. He knows the answers to most of your questions, and if he does not, he will find them.

    Course highlights:

I learned so much! We went through the entire textbook, and he assigned lots of homework. If you can't get it done, it's okay though. He is very understanding of personal problems. Go to study sessions. They help like crazy, and they can really be a grade saver.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Go to study sessions. Go to study sessions. Go to study sessions. I was there until almost 5 some days, and he stays there until it clicks. They helped so much with tests, and they help get your webassign done.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because of the teacher. Chemistry may be hard and sometimes confusing, but Mr. Camp is really good about helping you when you are confused and getting you to where you need to be.

    Course highlights:

We firsted learned about the periodic table and all the elements. After that we learned how to convert amounts from one thing to another. From there we learned equations to solve certain chemistry problems such as stochiometry. Throughout the year we completed many fun experiments that coincided with the material we were learning.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to study. A lot of the things we learn you have to memorize like formulas or even elements on the periodic table. It is easy to get lost so if you need help do not be afraid to ask. Mr. Camp will sit down with you and explain what you need help on. It is better to get help and learn about the material than get lost halfway through the course.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it is interesting and Mr. garret makes the class fun with all the labs that he does

    Course highlights:

Doing the flame lab was the coolest because it it was neat to how the flames could turn different colors based on the type of chemical.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the labs they are the examples to understand the class
