Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class if you are looking for a serious challenge and have great motivation to do your work.

    Course highlights:

I didn't do so hot in this class but the one thing I learned to do was to not procrastinate on assignments because they will eventually catch up to you.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be sure to do your readings and stay on top of your assignments.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend AP US History because, while its a lot of work, you do learn time management because a lot of the class is you having to do your work and teach yourself certain things and I believe that helps in real life situations.

    Course highlights:

You learn everything from the discovery and settlement of the New World, to the New Millennium of the early 2000s. Most of the focus was on 1776 to the after math of the War of 1812.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

You should have, a basic background knowledge of all the history classes you've taken up until this point, and be ready to do A LOT of work outside of class. You have to read I the book by yourself and choose what you think is important for about 48% of this class; so having a drive for getting your work done is important.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course. Mr. Borenstein teaches in an interactive and laid back manner making it easier for students to grasp each historical lesson. With Mr. Borenstein, students will easily find a comfortable environment taught by someone who wants to see students succeed more than any teacher in the school.

    Course highlights:

I felt comfortable, there wasn't a single bad day in the class. I was able to learn the major, and some minor details about every significant war or movement in the history of the United States. Everyday, I would either learn something new or gain a better understanding of previous information.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not wait until the last minute to do work. You will become overly stressed and your anxiety will be through the roof. Do your work in advance. You will understand the class discussions and future material much better.
