Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

She is a bit eccentric but her teaching skills are undeniably good. She can be a bit testy but it's all in love.

    Course highlights:

The subjects that were most stressed were essays. Argumentative, rhetorical, and analytical.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Just put forth effort and turn in the homework on time. The homework and annotation is what kills students.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this course because the teacher makes the learning environment fun. She goes out her way to make sure that every student understands what we're doing. If every student doesn't understand then we will do different fun games or assignments to help us understand. She always used tied a real life situation of her own or what was going on in the news, back to what we were learning or reading. So because of her enthusiasm and love for teaching, I highly recommend taking her class, you won't regret all the good times and laughter you'll have.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course would have to be when we read Of Mice & Men. From that book i learned that you can't always trust those that are closes to you or who you consider your friends. We had little group assignments while reading this book which really got you to think about you personally. How if some things that happened in the book, happen to you in real life, how would your friends go about. Or how would you go about it. This book really teaches you a lot about character.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go into this course ready to learn and be open. You're going to discuss somethings in the school year that you might not agree with, but you have to learn how to talk about them with your peers in a civil manner. We learned that everybody just shouting out their opinions or feelings at the same time isn't going to help us get to a solution.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend it because she challenges her students to go above and beyond

    Course highlights:

I learned more about rhetorical analysis and how to properly annotate, which has helped further down the line

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Dont fall behind. If you have questions, ask.
