    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would highly recommend this course to students enjoy a challenge and want to improve their comprehension of writing.

    Course highlights:

    In this course I began to understand that poems are not as complex as they seem to be.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    To any student planning on taking this course I highly recommend being as organized as possible. Turning in assignments on time is critical.

    Course Overview:

    Being able to analyze poems is extremely complicated but it becomes easier when there are several ideas on the table.

    Course highlights:

    Poems mean several things to several people but there can only ever be one actual meaning. It is never easy to get the actual meaning the first time, so it'll take time.

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    Ask several questions and look for some online courses to help you out as well.

    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I strongly recommend this course because Mr. Hixon is a fascinating teacher. His teaching style helps me enjoy literature and comprehend it as well.

    Course highlights:

    In this course I learned about how comedies and tragedies enhance each other. Many tragedies include satire to lighten the story despite the endings.

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    To anyone taking this course I strongly recommend taking many notes and being organized. Keep all your papers in a binder because they will be needed when you least expect it.
