Pretty easy, overall.
It has been a learning experience. I never thought there was so much information on leadership. I now realize that leaders are one of the most important aspects of a business and the workers. No matter how bad a job is the leader can reprogram the thoughts and opinions of the workers. I now know also that direct leaders are not needed with every job and that collaboration can occur if everyone feels they are part of the team and do what they are to do.
Different types of leadership and why some businesses have failed. What type of leadership is best for each situation. Also leaders have more influence over the workers than what they think. Leadership has been studied for a long time and just as with other things how to lead has changed along with the development of society.

Be ready to read. Also the course involved answering discussion questions which the whole class could read and comment. A lot of involvement but well worth learning about others opinions and why or how they developed them.
