Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor was great! His lectures are easily turned into notes that are great for studying for the tests. In addition to that, he creates handouts that outline the topics that you can print out and use as a study guide as well.

    Course highlights:

The most remarkable highlight for me was learning to actually do research on a topic and give not only a summary of it but talk about my opinion and opposing views on that topic as well. This was made possible with the only two writing assignments required for his course.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

If you plan on taking this course, then I would advice you to dig deep into your high school and intermediate knowledge of U.S history as it comes to be helpful in retaining what the professor teaches. Furthermore, you should also print the handouts and discuss them with a group or partner as a study tool to prepare for the tests; it worked out great for me and my peers.
